Quick and easy. As someone who doesn’t have a lot of selection where I came from, to see the selection of brands I know and trust In one place, Redpath Shoes, I was almost as excited as being a kid again at Christmas. After a few minutes of trying to decide on which color of brown I wanted for my shoe, the gentleman slipped into the back and reappeared with my requested size. A simple quick slip on to make sure they were not too big or small and it was an immediate sale.

I was looking to buy the Dr Martens 8065 Dark brown Crazy horse Mary Jane’s but saw the shipping was a little out of my price range, considering I’m in rural Victoria, so I left the item in the cart. I woke the next working to find an email and text message offering me free shipping. No prompt I didn’t even ask they simply offered. I was even able to get express shipping all at no cost. This is the best customer service I have ever encountered and I am so excited to get my shoes!!! Thank you to Anna and all the team at Redpath Shoes. You have made my week I cannot shop gushing about this to all my friends and family. You made me feel very special I wish you all the best and will definitely buy from this shop again.

I've bought a couple of pairs of beautiful Solovair shoes here in the past. These guys are incredibly knowledgeable, they do quality repairs in-store and they've got an excellent range of polishes, shoelaces and other shoe accessories

I’m a boot fanatic. There is said it. Particularly Solovair and Dr Martens the occasional Blundstone and UGG. I was on a quest for the Englander. Solovair/Gripfast 11Eye Steel Toe. Not readily available in California. They were out of the UK9 at Solovair and I couldn’t wait for restock. What if the world ended?! So I began searching far and wide across the World Wide Web. The stockist page on Solovair had a shop in Canberra Australia. I began perusing and found my Englanders in no time. Pulled the trigger and within a week by USPS I had my beloved boots. I then began perusing the selection and I’ll be damned if they didn’t have a huge array of some difficult to find shoes, including the Double Stitch Toe Cap Dr Martens I had been searching far and wide for. Pulled the trigger on those and within a weeks they were in my feet. Followed by a fantastic interaction with Anna who upon finding out I was a collector, she told me to contact them when ordering and she would have her mom bubble wrap the package to ensure the maintains integrity during shipping. Here I am getting the attention I would get from a local family owned business and I am thousand of miles away. A great selection with great customer service and attentiveness you almost never find in an online retailer. I have recommended this store and in many collector groups and you should do yourself a favor and have a look at their selection. You won’t find better service anywhere on the web!

Great service from Redpath and their staff. Shipping was on time and easily tracked, the shoes were a perfect fit based on their size guide and overall I'm very happy. Definitely will buy from here again :)

I ordered a pair of Solovair Chelsea boots and they arrived within a few days. I received a friendly email thanking me for my purchase and with some useful advice on how to care for the boots. They have a great range of shoes and boots that are hard to find elsewhere. I'll definitely be buying some more products from this family owned business in the future.

I recently bought some shoe cream that was recommended to me by a friend for my boots. This stuff is awesome - Saphir is the brand. Redpath had this delivery out and in my hands promptly. Im just about to order some new cream from my red boots from them too. Great service.
